Just over 18 years ago I took a risk. I started with oil changes and service jobs, moved my way into tires, hired my first mechanic and have since moved up to employing  20 full and part time employees, as well as transitioning to being the primary parts store both in-person and online in our county. It was all made possible with the support of the IDL group, the services that are provided, and the networking made possible with owners and shops just like mine. Our industry is incredibly competitive , and as I scaled it became even more clear of how important this type of support was to continue moving forward and growing. We're now pushing to provide parts locally across Canada in person and on our website, and it has all been made possible due to my decision to join IDL. It wasn't an easy decision, but the doors that have opened for my business and the opportunities I've had the pleasure of taking part of; it was the best decision I've made so far.
